Candidates, enquirers and clients
Recruiters and training providers deal with many people who never become clients. Some had a genuine interaction; others are reviewing a firm they never dealt with. We look at the actual relationship before recommending a report.
Confidentiality and replies
Where you can’t reply publicly with specifics, a short, professional reply that invites the reviewer to get in touch is often the safest option. If the review itself reveals confidential information, that may be a reporting ground.
When it may be a legal matter
Allegations of misconduct may raise legal issues. We’re not lawyers; we’ll tell you if a matter looks like it needs legal advice, and work alongside your lawyer where useful.
How it works
- Send your enquiry — the review link is optional at first.
- We assess the review against Trustpilot’s guidelines and give you an honest answer.
- If it’s worth pursuing, we quote for your situation. Nothing starts until you approve.
- We prepare and lodge the report through Trustpilot’s own process and keep you updated.
There is no upfront removal payment. Trustpilot makes the final decision on every review.
