When you contact us we collect the details you choose to submit: your name, business name, email address, phone number and a description of your situation, along with any links, screenshots or documents you send.
If a case requires it, we may collect additional evidence such as customer records, correspondence or identity documents. We only ask for what a specific submission genuinely needs.
We use your information to assess your case, prepare submissions to the relevant platform, communicate with you about progress, and issue quotes and invoices.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with unrelated third parties.
Where you engage us, we submit case material to the relevant platform — for example Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Trustpilot or a website host. We only include what is necessary to establish the grounds for the request, and we confirm the scope with you first.
Every case is handled confidentially. We never publish client names, screenshots or case details without written permission. Case snapshots on this site are anonymised and shared with consent.
Case material is stored in access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed for the engagement plus any period required for tax and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete case material at any time and we will do so where we are not legally required to retain it.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing info@evelondigital.com.au. We respond to requests within a reasonable period.
This website may use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
