Can you guarantee a Google review will be removed?

No ethical provider can guarantee removal — the final decision always sits with the platform. What we can do is assess whether a review breaches Google's policies, prepare the strongest evidence-based case, and escalate through the correct channels. If we don't believe a case is winnable, we tell you upfront.

What does "you only pay if it's removed" actually mean?

For eligible review, content removal and account recovery cases, our fee is only charged when we actually get the result. We assess the case first, agree the scope and price in writing, and if the content isn't removed or the account isn't recovered, the removal fee is not charged. Retainer services like SEO, social media and reputation management are billed monthly and sit outside the guarantee.

How long does the process usually take?

Simple review or listing issues often resolve within 3–14 days. Account recoveries and copyright matters can take longer depending on platform response times. You'll receive progress updates at every stage, so you're never left wondering.
