A first report already failed
Usually because the wrong policy was cited or the claim was asserted rather than evidenced. Diagnosing that is most of the work.

Reporting a review to Google costs nothing, and for a clear policy breach that is often all it takes. Professional assistance is priced per case rather than at a standard rate, because the work depends on the policy ground, the evidence and how many reviews are involved. Evelon Digital assesses cases free, quotes a fixed fee in writing, and does not charge the removal fee if the content is not removed.
Any manager of a Google Business Profile can report a review at no cost, from Google Search, Google Maps or the Business Profile manager. There is no paid tier, no priority queue you can buy, and no charge for escalating through Google's business support channels.
If the breach is plain — abuse, a published phone number, content about a different business — a well-worded self-lodged report is often enough, and paying anyone for it is unnecessary. Our step-by-step guide to removing a Google review walks through it, and we would rather you used it than spent money you did not need to.
What you are buying when you engage a service is not access. It is assessment, evidence preparation, correct policy selection and follow-through — plus not having to spend your own week on it.

Non-customer, competitor and ex-employee cases need records assembled and presented, which is where self-lodged reports most often fall over.
A coordinated cluster is handled as one pattern rather than as separate complaints, which takes preparation.
Following a case through support channels over weeks is time most owners do not have during trading hours.
Where a review names staff or publishes private information, getting the ground right first time matters more than saving the fee.
Knowing a case will not succeed is worth something too — it stops you spending weeks on it.
There is no standard market rate in Australia, and anyone advertising one is generalising. These are the variables that genuinely move a quote.
Reporting through your own profile. Costs nothing but your time, and is the right first step for clear-cut breaches.
Quoted after assessment. Predictable, and it aligns the scope with a defined outcome. This is how we work.
Common in professional services, but review cases can involve long waiting periods, so open-ended hourly arrangements can drift. Ask for a cap.
Appropriate for ongoing reputation management, SEO or monitoring. Less appropriate as a way to price a single review removal.
Treat with real caution. No provider controls Google's decision, so a removal guarantee is a promise about someone else's process.
Not automatically wrong, but ask what happens if the review stays. The answer tells you how the risk is shared.
This mirrors what is set out on our pricing page and our Google review removal page.
We do not publish a fixed price list, because a single abusive review and a coordinated ten-review attack are not the same job. We do put your price in writing before you commit to anything.
A reasonable way to think about it: what is the review costing you? For a business where most new customers arrive through local search, a visible one-star on a thin profile has a real commercial cost, and a fixed fee against a defined outcome is easy to justify. For an established profile with a long healthy history, the same review may not warrant much spend at all.
The honest answer in some cases is that no fee is warranted, because no policy breach exists. We say that at assessment rather than take the case — which is also why our assessment is free.
