The following is an illustrative example written to show how an assessment works. It is not a real Evelon Digital client, not a historical case, and not a stated result.
The situation. A tutoring business near Indooroopilly receives a one-star review from a parent stating their child 'still failed the exam despite months of tutoring', with no mention of the actual sessions, tutor conduct or communication.
What gets checked. Whether the review describes anything about the service itself — punctuality, communication, session content — or is entirely framed around the exam result, and whether the family's enrolment records match the claims made.
How it would be assessed. A review that is genuinely about the exam outcome rather than any aspect of the tutoring service raises a real question about whether it reflects an actual service experience, which is worth raising with Google, though outcomes-only complaints are not automatically removable.
What we would not tell you. That framing alone guarantees removal. Google weighs the specific wording and context of each review independently.
